I think you're right about the similarity between english and chinese ancient language when it comes to verses or poems. I sometimes feel modern chinese is less powerful in expression, less neat and tend to be prolix / l) z$ ^. g% J, U0 ?. m! w" j% Y% t, O( }$ f( }: z
and I like the idea of yours that we communicate more here 2 [9 W R% A& E6 [0 f* Yjust that this corner does not seem to attract many visitors.
